By accessing the Site and using RydrexCRM, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue its use immediately.

RydrexCRM is provided as a Software as a Service (SaaS) product on a subscription basis. All subscriptions are billed in advance, and payments are non-refundable. No cancellations or refunds are permitted once payment has been made, except as required by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any violation of these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Site without notice or liability.
9. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We may modify or discontinue the availability of the Site, either partially or entirely, at any time, without notice. We are not liable for any interruptions, delays, or errors due to system maintenance or unforeseen issues.
We reserve the right to revise, update, or change the content and pricing of services offered on the Site at any time without prior notice.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rydrex Webtech IT Innovations Private Limited disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Site or Services, including any errors or omissions in the content or system failures.
